Still a student at the Department of Industrial Design of Shih Chien University in Taiwan, the young Kuan-Sheng Wu has designed the furniture for libraries The Matching Tree, both efficient and functional by winning the 2008 International Design Excellence Award and the 2008 Taiwan Young Designer Competition Awards.

The system ideally inspired to trees, has a structure of aluminum and extensible mobile that allows him to furnish a corner, a wall or an entire room. The wooden shelves above are accessible by a retractable ladder and is extremely easy to install, thanks to a system to fit that does not require screws and bolts to be fixed.

The support of V-shaped helps balance the weight of the shelf and keep it stable if not necessarily seismic shocks. A promising modular system that fits perfectly both in public spaces as a private, especially since arriving from the creative mind of a budding designer.
