Designer Surf

The new collection of chairs, the Italian Kristalia at the Salone del Mobile 08, contemplates the sinuous and ergonomic design of the NCB stool, designed by creative minds of Harry & Camila. Available in three sizes, the stool is characterized by a steel rod in chrome or colored with the session colored, white, black or green fluorescent (Pantone 395 U), created in ? PBT, the plastic typically used as insulation of the electronic components.

Until October 15, the V-Gallery in Basel, will exhibit COMING OUT ZMIK prototypes, 8 new prototypes of furniture designed by Rolf Indermühle, Mattias Mohr and Magnus Zwyssig, the trio of Swiss designer ZMIK. The exhibition offers a good overview of new tables, lamps and even an umbrella handle with a banana designed for art galleries.

Halfway between the installation, painting and sculpture, the German designer Lam Jan-Egbert Trijnis has created this strange object called “Piano”. This panel designed with over a vintage armchair seems to hide in reality Shelf-folding shelves, which is perfectly camouflaged within the panel.
